How it works
- A hiring manager with a role open 3 weeks or more writes "yes, send me one specialist agency". We start in Ireland, then add the UK, the US and Canada.
- Agencies in our pool for that field get a short summary written in our words: the field, seniority, region and salary band. It is a paraphrase, not the hiring manager's own words, and it never shows their name, employer, posting date or anything unique to them.
- The first agency to pay is introduced at once on payment: by a direct email to both, or, if the hiring manager said yes on LinkedIn, by receiving their name, LinkedIn profile link and yes reply, followed by an introduction on LinkedIn.
- If within 72 hours the role turns out to be closed, or the introduction cannot be delivered (the email bounces, or the hiring manager's LinkedIn profile is gone or cannot be messaged), the payment is refunded automatically.

One payment by card through Stripe. No subscription, no sign-up, no placement fee to us.
Refund: automatic and in full if, within 72 hours of payment, the role is closed or the introduction cannot be delivered. Details in the terms.
For hiring managers
You get one agency that you asked for, not twenty that call you. You never pay anything; agencies pay us for the introduction. Reply "STOP" or "no" to any email or LinkedIn message from us and you will never hear from us again. Our privacy notice explains where we found your details and what we do with them.
For agencies
To join the pool, tell us your specialist field and agree to our rules: reply to the hiring manager within one working day, only send candidates you would put your name on, and use the hiring manager's details for that introduction only. Write to us and we will add you.
